Job description for [Remote] Admin cum Employer Branding at VNBG
- Managing and procuring necessities needed for employees.
- Planning the monthly budget for employees’ benefits every month.
- Finding and contacting vendors for all matters regarding the company, and make payment requests for vendors every month.
- Handling all matters regarding Social Insurance (excludes finance matters).
- Record annual leave of all employees.
- Reviewing, planning, and suggesting benefits for employees.
- Following up on the expiration of the employee’s contract. Planning renewal or termination of the employee’s contract.
- Preparing, planning, and suggesting the review of salary and benefits for employees every 6 months.
- Handling all matters related to employee documents (labor contracts, probation contracts, appendix, decision letters, etc.)
- Tracking Client’s booking for Virtual office service.
- Implement admin tasks relating to the company’s clients.
- Guarantee Document filing is in order, Office supplies are already in stock.
- Working with the Office Management Team for all matters related to VNBG’s office and the Client’s offices.
- Planning and doing all activities/events regarding employees every month (employee’s birthday, holidays, celebrations, company trip, etc.)
- Plan and execute Employer Branding related campaigns for the company.
- Report to supervisors every week.
- 1-2 years of experience in similar jobs (Admin/HR/Employer Branding/Event).
- Bachelor degree in any relevant field. Especially in the field of human resource management is a plus.
- Ability to work multitasking.
- High attention to details.
- Solid English communication skills, both speaking and writing.
- Fully computer literate (MS Office’s proficient user).
- Dedicated to work, responsible and reliable person.
- Ready to learn, understand and strictly comply with company’s standards, process and rules.
- Strong communications skills and interpersonal skill.
- High EQ.
- Be trained and mentored/coached on jobs.
