Glints Regional Operations Associate (Process Re-engineering) 工作職責
At Glints, we are building the #1 tech-enabled recruitment and career discovery platform in Southeast Asia that helps people and organizations realize their human potential by joining great organizations, learning the right skills, and building great teams.
We’re looking for a Regional Operation Associate to join our Managed Talent team, to retain managed talent within Glints by improving the efficiency and quality of Managed Talent Operations through process re-engineering and data infrastructure building.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Process re-engineering
- Improve process efficiency by (a) diagnosing performance issues, (b) defining the user experience and business objectives, (c) redefining processes, and (d) leading the implementation of a pilot program to change processes
- Document workflows in the form of (a) process flow with accountability and responsibility and (b) standard operating procedure with well-defined service level agreements
- Drive change management by supporting local office process implementation and acquiring support from stakeholders such as management, general managers, finance, etc
- Project Management
- Initiative strategic projects by setting objectives and aligning them with management
- Draft the timeline of the project by identifying relevant sources needed and securing resources
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time through weekly alignment with stakeholders and issues escalation to the management

Who We Are Looking For
- A data-driven person that has experience using data instrumentation and visualization with at least 3 years of experience (Experience in Zapier, Airtable, Google Sheet, and Google Data Studio will be a plus)
- A communicator who can deliver executive recommendations and influence management
- A self-starter with the ambition to build core capabilities including Product and Operations
- A human being who cares a lot about our users (job seeker and employers) and fight hard to deliver values to them
- If you have strong experience in data/product/consulting and would like to develop your career in operations, you can join us even with only 1 year of experience!
