工作內容
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute sales and business development plans
- Gather and analyse market data and insights to identify market potential and growth drivers
- Identify clients’ needs through consultative approach and provide suitable business solutions to meet clients’ requirements
- Prospect new clients and grow new accounts and businesses for the Company
- Preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Handle negotiations and follow up on customer's requests
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- To build up referral network and network of introducers
Requirements
- A confident communicator that possesses a positive, self-motivated team-player attitude with strong negotiation skills to confidently and aggressively seek new business
- Strong communication and influential skills at all levels as well as good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial acumen, decision making and organisational skills
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with people across diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Willing to travel frequently for Asia-Pacific Region such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc. however subject to current coronavirus-related travel restrictions
