- Membina hubungan kerjasama rekrutment dengan pihak sekolah/ kampus,job portal, instansi lain terkait (dimungkinkan perjalanan dinas)
- Posting lowongan di Job Portal, kirim lowongan ke sekolah/ kampus, cabang & instansi terkait
Persyaratan:
- S1 jurusan Psikologi
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang rekrutmen minimal 1 tahun (Fresh grad dipersilahkan melamar)
- Pengalaman menjalin kerjasama dan komunikasi dengan instansi pendidikan dan dinas (diutamakan dibidang recruitment)
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dalam dan luar kota
- Dapat bergabung secepatnya
