Job Description:
-Create required Job Description for positions
-Actively post and seach for required positions
- Connect with candidates to help explain detailed job responsibilities
- Schedule required interviews and interactions with the candidates, clients, and team leads
- Work closely with Team Leader to help complete the recruitment process
-Complete the hiring and onboarding process
-Support Branding and communication initiatives for the organisation
-Maintain candidate and client database
-Help support manage internal company communication and HR support activities like KPI tracking etc.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate or Bachelor Degree from top universities
- Majoring in HR/ Psychology, Marketing, Communication Science
- Proficiency in English communication
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable connecting with people
- Some prior knowledge on recruitment process or human resources will be an added advantage
