Requirement:
- Fresh Graduate or less than a year.
- Bachelor degree of psychology.
- Have analytical skill, administration skill, communication skill, knowledge of recruitment and applicant tracking system.
Job Description:
- To do an end-to-end recruitment process.
- Formulating concepts, planning activities, implementing to monitoring and evaluating activities.
- Identify and conduct a survey of the targets such as community and others according to the company's goals.
- Identify, establish cooperation, and maintain good relations with communities that are the target users of the company's products.
- Build the branding strategies.
