React Developer

**Responsibilities**
We are seeking a talented software development engineer with a strong background in developing React application in order to actively contribute to the software development lifecycle for our PaaS product. Development engineer in this role will be working with UI designers, UX Researchers, platform services team and CMS partners to ensure quality of mobile application experience. This position will be responsible for partnering closely with UI designers, UX Researchers, platform services team to deliver an end-to-end optimized application experience.
**Major Duties**
- Build reusable components libraries for future use.
- Draft architectural decisions and explore new technologies to translate designs into high quality code.
- Develop a flexible, maintainable and well-structured front-end codebase.
- Develop test code to ensure that existing and new features work as expected.
**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in software and/or product development.
- Familiarity with the React, Javascript and Typescript.
- Practical demonstrated experience working with and debugging mobile.
- Excellent one of Javascript / Kotlin design and coding skills.
- Knowledge of Git or other VCSs.
- Knowledge of mobile app automation testing frameworks.
- Strong communication skills required, including the ability to clearly express technical and team leadership related concepts in verbal and written forms.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Ability to quickly ramp-up on complex and unfamiliar code
- Experience with React application performance optimization is a plus
- Experience with shipping and capturing high quality user interaction records.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following design tools: Zeplin, Adobe XD, Sketch and Figma.
- Experience with A / B testing or software modernization.
- Not afraid of speaking Chinese and English
- Independent, self-directing working style
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic fast-paced industry
- Enjoy working as part of a high-performance team
- Hard-working, innovative and takes pride in their work
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
The ideal candidate is not required to have experience in all of the following but you should have a keen interest in technology and a desire to learn on the job:
- User behaviors tracking and data collecting.
- CI & CD, automated release to Stage and Production environments
- Mobile security standards
- REST API's and cache methodology
- Scrum, Kanban or other agile development methodologies
