- Observe the sampling data, in order to assess the Operations quality
- Analyze findings and prepare for necessary action, in order to improve the Operation Agents' service quality in the future
- Conduct suspicious call/ chat/sit in/live observe/recording, in order to review Operation Agents service quality
- Sit in with other Operation Team, in order to get the most updated information related to Operation Team activity and Rule
- Create report based on the result in daily and weekly , provide valid information for further improvement
