Qiscus is a multichannel conversational platform that helps businesses embrace the new expectations of excellent Customer Experience (CX) through the ability to engage in timely conversations at scale. Quality Assurance has played an important role to boost clients’ confidence and enhance customer experience (CX) by ensuring product development runs smoothly and more productively. What You Will Do
- Participate in any product offers and/or kick-off meetings
- Track outcomes from the development phase (agile) and adjust to the requirements
- Develop detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results to confirm quality conformance fits with specifications and quality deliverables
- Perform automated tests with automation testing tools (such as Katalon, Selenium, etc)
- Record problems and issues
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues
- Carry out regression testing every time changes are made
What You Will Bring to the Role
- Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance or Quality Control
- Familiarity with Agile framework (scrum, xp, kanban) and regression testing is a plus
- Ability to create UAT test plan, test cases and test scripts
- Working knowledge of test software (e.g. Postman, Katalon, Selenium, JMeter, Burp)
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude with adeptness in anticipation abilities
