As a Quality Assurance, we need person who can make sure production team doing right things in the right way to produce right output.
Job Desk
- Responsible for test and release of a piece of functionality with the best quality possible.
- Collaborate with the project teams in the design and creation of test automation plans
- Build creative test plans, employ useful technologies and fulfill goals and requirements.
- Design and review test transcripts like test cases, automation scripts, bug reports, etc
- Testing should be performed in collaboration with the scrum team by applying the right and adept testing techniques, tools and communication skills.
- Accommodate quick/smart testing hacks.
- Maintain and complement process of software development
- Create documents related to software development process
- Escalate efficiency of software development process
- Reducing bugs/defect during development stage
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor from Information Technology, computer science, or related field is required
- Minimum 1,5 years of working experience as QA, QC, or tester
- Understand the product/feature in-depth and also the underlying technicality.
- Able to read and understand documents: Product understanding by consuming requirement documents (PRD, TRD, Invision, etc)
- Manual testing of mobile and web apps, Bug reporting, Test case design
- Proper understanding of database concepts and queries (Mysql, PostgreSQL, etc)
- Proper understanding in scripting or any programming language like python, javascript, etc
- Experience in Selenium, Appium, JMeter or any relevant test automation tools
- Excellent communication skills - very good at inter and intra-team communication
- Team player who endorses collaborative work style
- Experience working in an Agile ecosystem
- Possess healthy curiosity and problem solving skill
- Strong analytical thinking

- Have knowledge about BDD methodology
- Has interest in certain topic, read many books/articles about it: technology, marketing, business, and self development.
- Have knowledge or experience in Mocha.js, Chai.js, Artillery.io , Katalon Studio , Postman
