工作內容
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support internal communications locally
• Execute local internal communications activities
• Co-ordination and proof-reading of information from Sales Office and Head Office
• Disseminate information to the stores via the correct channels
• Develop and maintain good collaboration with local HR department on internal information and education activities
• Responsible for local edition of Company Events
• Build & maintain relationships with media, celebrities, influencers
• In charge of local media monitoring and analysis
• Assist & follow-up with local press activities including pitching, follow-up, press events
• Compile follow-up reports of events/campaigns
• Spokesperson if required (PR Manager should always coordinate and be involved in interviews)
• Responsible for tracking new media outlets and establishing new relationships to promote our brand
• Assist and support the showroom whenever necessary
• Planning and executing PR events
