- Develop a communications plan including plan, strategy, goals, and budget
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in offline online media, including but not limited to:
Coordinating all PR activities
Leveraging existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
Managing media inquiries and interview requests
Creating content for press releases, articles, keynote presentations, etc.
- Work closely with HQ on messaging alignment
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting Carsome and make appropriate recommendations to communications strategies surrounding them
- Bachelor/ Master degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline
- Proven working experience in PR required
- Proven track record designing and executing successful PR campaigns at both a local and national level
- Solid grasp of the Indonesian media landscape and strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Event planning experience
- Self-motivated, resourceful and detail-oriented
- Possess a high sense of responsibility and ownership
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
