As a Project Support Executive for Hashmicro, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, providing them with advice related to troubleshooting system issues, and assisting to raise queries to the relevant stakeholders to ensure that high service levels and a strong focus on customer satisfaction is achieved. You will also assist in supporting the Project Team, meeting clients and providing key documentation when necessary. Job Roles / Responsibilities
- Identify and assess client needs to achieve a high level of client satisfaction
- Implement solutions on-site or off-site to resolve client issues
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with existing client accounts through clear, open, and interactive communication
- Provide appropriate solutions to client queries, and provide prompt follow-ups and responses
- Document records of customer interactions for forwarding to the relevant parties
- Provide accurate and complete information related to our EQUIP software (Training will be provided)
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Provide support for the full project cycle when called upon
