Job description for Project Manager at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk
- Lead and drive project phases from initial option definitions, feasibility studies to implementation, launch and post-launch monitoring to achieve timely and accurate project completion and ensure that projects fully meet PMI requirements and regulatory standards.
- Participate to the business justification process by managing scope, benefit-risk analysis, budget and resource requirements related to project phases to maintain principles along the life cycle of the assigned project and to assist management in decision making.
- Communicate and develop networking with senior management, suppliers, service providers and consultants to ensure that projects roll out efficiently.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams in PMI. Contact suppliers and vendors for materials, equipment, services and consultancy if necessary. Liaise with management for project scope, business justification, resources and budget
- Coordinate a multicultural and cross-functional project team, as well as internal and external resources to guarantee successful project realization. Address training needs in collaboration with (interna/external) customers and management team to assure project teams' coordination and performance
- Ensure that project information supplied to management is realistic with respect to cost and timing in order to avoid financing problems and delayed completion.
- Lead activities to develop optimal technical solutions in order to satisfy project requirements and present new creative possibilities
- Ensure compliance to tracing regulations in the region ensuring readiness and proper execution of T&T regulations requirements, aligned with the deployment of PMI global standards to facilitate regulation requirement
- College/University Degree with focus on Business, Engineering, Economics disciplines or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 5-7 years experience in supply chain (sales/business planning, logistics, production planning) and experience in project management, preferably in Operations
- 5-7 years in a multinational company and/or in a complex business environment
- Good command of English is a must.
