Treehouse Finance Project Manager 工作職責
We are looking for a Project Manager who has experience working for a technology firm preferably as a product manager. The candidate will work directly with the founders of the company and will help shape the overall strategy and direction of our product launch.
Roles and responsibilities
Project Management
- Accountable for the end-to-end planning and execution of one or more Agile teams.
- Be a SME that manages the end to end Project plan and oversee full project delivery life cycle, coordinating activities across all resources necessary to deliver the Project including change management activities
- Be responsible for keeping the project team working on the highest priority tasks, removing risks and impediments, maintaining on track financials and leading the communication with stakeholders
- Coach multiple teams through the software development life cycle using Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices and work cross-functionally to ensure projects are developed and deployed with quality and timely delivery into our production systems.
- Facilitate huddles and engage in technical discussions with the engineering teams to help the team solve technical issues and move past blockers
- Support the engineering and business teams teams through design and requirement discussion sessions
- Help build and maintain a high-performance team, by leading the teams through continuous improvement on agile execution, engineering best practices and team collaboration Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate execution
- Develop metrics and reports using JIRA related tools bringing visibility to the overall project progress and establish goals
- Lead / participate in project status presentations to Management and other stakeholders
- Coordinate with external teams on dependencies and cross team collaboration as needed.
- Forming tight collaborations with the Product Owner(s) to develop the User Stories and to manage Product- and Sprint backlog
- Manages the day-to-day running of the Project and execution against the PMP
- Mitigates and resolves risks and issues which may impair delivery
- Ensures Clarity is up to date including Project static data, status update including weekly & risk status, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts, and they are tracked & reported
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent education
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP), ACP or SCRUM certification with real-world experience, additional certifications are an advantage
- Knowledge of PCI, NIST and other security standards
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Deliver in highly collaborative and impactful manner
- Proficient in development of high-quality professional presentation for business
- Passionate about analysing evolving security challenges, and developing innovative security solutions working with internal customers
- Coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong oral and written skills involving both business and technical sides
