Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· · Act as the main point of contact for the customer for all project communications during the project process. From external client based to D8 internal based.
· Develop quote packages for Project & OEM Clients in collaboration with the technical, operations and sales departments under guidance of Head of the Project & OEM Division.
· Using “Odoo Task” Develop work plan, schedules, and logistics, and organize deliveries based on overall project parameters, project schedule, scope, and customer goals.
· Serve as a single point of contact and coordinate with all third-party firms (architecture & design firms, sub-contractors, etc..).
· Maintain detailed project documentation of key project decisions and customer/project requests/revisions.
· Provide timely and formal written communication throughout projects and disseminate all critical information to clients, relevant D8 internal department and outsource supplier.
· As needed, review plans and specifications for accuracy, completeness, and correctness; and correct product application prior to order placement.
· Conduct final walk through with required parties, develop and resolve open issues/punch list, and complete project close out documentation.
· Assist in establishing fees and producing professional, accurate quotations that protect the profit margin. Manages project expenses including price comparison, material MOQ, COM import duty tax, logistic cost, or any other hidden cost might incur during project progress to ensure project profitability.
· Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals according to KPI’s set.
· Respond to client requests that come in via email, phone and in person in a timely manner.
· Coordinate with planning/ production/ shipping to keep up to minute data on delivery schedules and immediately alert your clients of any delays or problem happens.
· Make sure all special requirements of each client is being followed closely from production/QA/QC/Planning to avoid ignoring or mistake.
· Handle all the claims from all clients by investigating with QA and devise course of actions
· Work with accounting base on scheduled payment from client before and after shipment to update debtor.
· Other tasks to be assigned by Manager and Director.
· Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college/ university or 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience. Experience with process improvement.
· 5 years experienced in furniture industry or hospitality project management or related industries.
· Knowledge of sourcing and product development.
· Very good in project estimation and budget management skills.
· Be able to read and understand architectural/ interior drawings.
· Must be extremely organized, with good time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
· Good interpersonal skills
· Must be able to analyze and problem solve, even with significant ambiguity.
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in office software applications (email, spreadsheets, presentations etc)
· Experienced in working/ studying abroad is a plus.
Standard salary range: $ gross up to candidate's competency
