工作內容
Job Description :
- Work closely with product manager to evaluate product failures, bugs, systemic problems, and hardware
- and report on necessary steps to appropriately resolve problems.
- Create & maintain product instruction manuals, knowledge bases, and FAQs for all product support
- activities.
- Develop training materials & provide product training to all of the product stakeholders.
- Analyze customer suggestions and recommend product revisions.
Job Requirement :
- Must possess major in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Having experience with Python, PHP, or other web technologies
- Able to work and collaborate in a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Relational and non-relational database (we use MySQL, Redis, Cassandra)
- Proficiency in written English
- Having basic web programming (PHP,HTML,CSS,JS) & Basic Database SQL
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
- Writing proficiency (Proficient in Microsoft Office)
- Basic proficiency in programming (optional)
