1. PREPARING MONTHLY SALES/FORECAST REPORT; IMPROVE INVENTORY CONTROL
• Based on the sales forecast and dealer/ competitor/ market situation, prepare the monthly report figures and meeting materials in cooperation with Sales/MKT/SCM team and submit to Regional HQ
• Monitor IFC and create Inventory report to help Sales/Product Marketing team maintain healthy stock level
2. MARKET DATA ANALYSIS
Analyzing market data to create effective report to support Sales & MKT team to devise action plans
3. SPECIAL PRICE APPLICATION AND REBATE CALCULATION
• Support PM/SCM to apply special price request and monitor the implementation after approval
• Calculate Rebate Amount of Bonus Scheme
4. FIXED ASSET AND DEMO EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT
• Maintain Fixed asset/Demo equipment list on regular basis
• Propose improvement in the current workflow
5. MANAGERIAL DATA PREPARATION
• Prepare reports based on Section Head’s request
• Support for MKT administration works
6. OTHER TASKS AS REQUIRED BY THE LINE MANAGER

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics-Electrical or IT or Business/Marketing
• English communication in business level
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Working at multi-national company is preferred
• At least 3 years of working experience in B2B Marketing, product specialist or product marketing
• Experience in broadcasting industry and/or system integration
• Marketing experience in hardware/or/and/AVIT industry
• Knowledge of social media platforms, creative software
• Strong in communication and presentation skill
• Detailed, carefully and accuracy
• Multi-task ability, proactive, logical thinking, flexible
• Teamwork and internal customer oriented
