Job description for Product Marketing Analyst at Kitalulus
- Monitoring weekly marketing performance and its achievement toward business objectives.
- Create report and visualisation for every campaign, initiatives, and monthly performance to be presented for all related stakeholders.
- Identify business and marketing indicators as analytical foundations for better marketing strategy and operation.
- Conduct marketing analysis from a variety of sources in order to provide recommendations for business evaluations and marketing strategy.
- Conduct research (both quantitative and qualitative) to gather market insights which will complement business and marketing decisions.
- Support managers in identifying customer segmentation and behaviour to determine market targeting and positioning.
- Provide customer advocacy and identify customer experience improvement opportunities.
- Lead some projects under guidance of managers and ensure project milestones are executed excellently
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Management or other relevant majors.
- Preferably have 1 years working experience in product marketing, marketing, or research agency.
- Passion in data-driven marketing, market insight and business growth
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills, data visualisation and creative thinking
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet (Excel / Google Spreadsheet) and presentation program (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
- Self-driven, love challenges, and ability to work well in a rapid changing environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
