Zumvet is a new digital healthcare start-up with a mission to change the way pet care is delivered in Singapore.
We are currently looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive our product vision. The candidates should possess a growth mindset, passionate about transforming the user experience and understand the importance of experimentation and rapid testing and learning. Success in this position requires an eye for detail, look to data to drive your decisions and enjoy measuring and optimizing your products.
Responsibilities
- Formulate ZumVet’s product strategy, scoping and prioritising new problems.
- Own the continuous experimentation cycle and develop product roadmaps.
- Guide data-driven execution, and bringing new products to market.
- Use data-driven insights to define and analyse metrics that enhance the performance of the products and to inform future product requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with new product offerings / service developments in existing and adjacent markets; assess opportunities and threats to our business.
- Work hand in hand with our engineering team and business stakeholders to ensure that the product resonates with users.
- Provide senior management with clear, succinct and actionable updates regularly.
Minimum Qualification
- Minimum of 4 years of product management experience with a healthcare marketplace or SAAS.
- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications, mobile and/or media products.
- Demonstrable success in launching new products or features with clear metrics and impact; ideally in a healthcare, ecommerce or startup environment.
- Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points.
- An analytical and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
- An owner’s mindset - driven to delivery high-quality products and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic, collaborative environment, challenging status quos while appreciating risk and compliance.
