- Collaborate with the Product Management, Engineering, UI/UX, and Data team in identifying the company’s competitive edge.
- Conduct and leverage various research methods to gain a better understanding of the market condition and users' needs.
- Present research insights in an engaging and compelling narrative.
- Drive and evangelise for customer-centric approaches within the organisation.
- Proactively involved in product decisions to prevent uninformed decisions.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team in shaping the product’s direction and metrics.
