Planning/management skills:
Tasks breakdown, deadline/time management, risk management.
Design but also co-lead the project
You will:
- Design highly intuitive products and features.
- Work closely with cross-functional product and customer-facing teams to understand requirements and design thoughtful solutions.
- Partner closely with the engineering team, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features and offerings
- Push our design culture to new heights by shaping and evangelizing great design practices and discipline
Qualifications:
- Professional design experience working at an organization shipping great designs at a fast pace
- Experience shipping at least one full product or a significant feature
- Experience iterating with engineers and other team members on both visual and UX designs to get the experience and details just right
- Great presentation, collaboration and communication skills
- Empathetic champion for your work’s audience and customers
- Deep understanding of the technical limitations and workflow for building web interfaces (CSS/HTML/JS) and native mobile apps (iOS / Android)
Bonus / Nice to have:
- Ability to prototype using code
- Visualization / Information design past project
- Animation skills
