Job description for Producer/ Editor (Video Production) at Anthology Pte Ltd
We are looking for a Produrcer who can flex just as well in the role of a producer and in video editing.
As part of a hyper-growth creative agency, you will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality, engaging content for MNC brands as well as original brand and products conceptualised and developed by the company. You will be expected to be highly collaborative, organised and possess a high standard of work ethics. You will be tasked with improving the quality of the creative output and also to personally deliver compelling work through in-depth research, working closely with the Creative Director.
As a Producer, your responsibilities involves:
- Creation and production of company's IP content series.
- Creation and production of webinars, podcasts, interviews and to provide support for virtual events.
- Creation of short form video suitable for social and website, customer case studies, gifs, and more.
- Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects.
- Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects.
- Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content.
- Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations.
- Develop production schedules.
- Select and hire additional crew and talent; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met.
- Reserve and rent equipment.
- Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
- Manage video library.
- Evaluate analytics.
- Budgeting and source for external quotations.
- Research and development of compelling stories.
- Apply digital publishing strategy and content marketing
- Source and work with freelancers and agencies.
- Work with external clients and internal stakeholders to establish the desired feel and look for the video to be created
- Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each was updated in the correct format
- Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects
- Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation
- Work with the creative team to develop storyboard to be presented to clients and stakeholders
- Able to understand local markets and regions, conducting and digesting research, monitoring trends and local events.
- Creation of presentation layouts, whitepaper design, social media posts and templates.
- Creation of content for various platforms.
- Development, Ideation and moodboard creation.
- Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
- Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
- Create rough and final cuts
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Source for resources required for project (i.e. freelancers and agencies.)
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the creative field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
- Professional experience with After Effects, Premier Pro, Creative Suite and photographic skills
- Strong motion graphics and video editing background.
- Graphic Design experience with creation of EDM’s, social media and web design.
- Professional experience working in a team setting and creative brainstorming environment
- Passionate about customer success and value oriented approach to help customers realize value.
- A quick learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment.
- Great organisation skills.
- Able to confidently articulate and present to clients, senior management and greater team.
- Up to date with latest digital and design trends.
