• Personal Assistant for the Director, mainly in sales tasks related.
• Assisting Director (or other members) on the ongoing tasks or projects.
• Working together with Director in brainstorming, developing, and planning creative Sales strategy.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Recommend products that match customer needs
• Managing database and filing system
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Keep up to date with product and sales information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• Proven working experience in sales (Beverage Industry and Horeca are preferable)
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Basic administration skills
• Responsive, reachable, and able to execute plans in a fast and efficient manners
• Excellent time management skills, responsible, and details-oriented
• Self-motivated, sociable, and possess a good communication skill
• Excellent skills in operating Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power Point) and Canva
• Proficiency in English is an advantage
• Ability to drive a vehicle is an advantage
