· Measure, monitor, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
· Conduct competitor analysis, identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
· Develop and execute marketing strategies and advertising campaign plans, involving social media, SEM, Display, Lead generation ; together with key agencies.
· Working together with Data Analyst to analyze and measure the campaign’s performance through marketing metrics (web analytic tools).
· Utilize data and market trends to help inform & direct campaign planning initiatives, guide marketing strategy, and product enhancements.
· Work closely with stakeholders to understand struggles for converting leads and instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
· 1-3 years of relevant work experiences, in app-based Industry is preferred.
· Have an agency-side experience is preferred.
· Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
· Experienced in various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting and social network advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
· Good knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
· Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced tech start-up environment.
· Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
· Fluent in English both spoken and written.
· Facebook and Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Catalog & Instagram Shop experience is a plus.
· Google Ads in Dynamic Remarketing.
· Google Analytics and AppsFlyer , able to set up and get insight from the tools.
