Job description for Performance Marketing at Pinhome
- Define marketing goals, develop marketing strategy, and implement campaigns collaborating with product
- Manage and deliver user acquisition campaigns and other channels (include Facebook, Google, Tiktok,, etc)
- Analyze data to optimize campaigns to meet volume and ROI targets for product
- Report on progress and overall campaigns
- Relevant working experience in marketing user acquisition/growth campaigns as Paid Performance Marketing
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in marketing user acquisition/growth campaigns
- A must have experience in running UAC (Universal App Campaign) and understand analytic tool related to App Activity
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, GDS, etc)
- Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on ROI (Search, Social, Video, Facebook and Display)
- Develop and implement A/B Test plans for digital ads (especially FB Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc) and engagement leveraging performance marketing channels, landing pages, CRM and mobile app stores
- Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and influence change
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools are advantageous (SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar database/analysis tools)
