Job description for Patient Service Officer at Parkway Pantai
Job Description
• Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment
scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed
• Attend to Walk-In / phone enquiries
• Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients
• Support doctors in language translation when needed
• Proper maintenance of patients’ records and drug inventory
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image
• Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic
• Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling
patient management indicators
• Assist in coverage of other facilities when required
Requirements:
• GCE ‘N’, ‘O’, ‘A’ Level, NITEC Or Diploma holders
• Experience in working with diverse group of professionals/personnel
• Frontline customer service experience is an added advantage
• Relevant work experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage
