- Research, analyze and target new opportunities
- Plan short term and long term team goals in acquiring shippers as partners, breaking down the entire sales cycle into clear and tangible step-by-step strategies such as email communication, prospecting to call, giving demos, and closing.
- Experiment with different outreach intervals and content in different channels to identify successes and evaluate learning lessons.
- Work closely with (digital) marketing to explore new opportunities.
- Establish and maintain the best practice to research and document companies to contact.
- Learn and enjoy the process with our team!
- Comfortable and confident speaking with mid to senior executives.
- Desire to drive result and improve every single day.
- More than 5 years of experience in cold calling, selling SaaS or other service in Logistics field or public relation experience.
- Proficient with corporate productivity tools and presentation tools (Canva, Figma, etc)
- Good analytical skill, detail oriented, and structured.
