Employee’s Scope of Work:
Being a part of FIRMA CORIM & REKAN, a paralegal to handle legal administration from clients/cases. Represent FIRMA CORIM & REKAN on daily administration and legal issues. Do tasks to support the deputy of operations, associate, and client. Here’s the detail:
Working under the supervision of an attorney/associate/Managing Partner.
Conduct legal research.
Preparing affidavits, legal correspondence, and other documents for attorneys/associates.
Draft legal documents and correspondence.
Treat sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Taking minutes of meetings that accurately describe and effectively communicate the final decisions of meetings and making sure action items are well implemented.
Prepare reports and presentations and organizing-maintaining administration of office filing system.
Documenting Law firm agenda; all substance and dissemination of meeting minutes, internal communicator, and other employees.
Keeping Law firm records.
Qualification Employee Candidate:
Bachelor of Laws from reputable universities.
Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale of 4.00).
1 (one) year of work experience in a law firm as a legal practitioner/fresh graduate.
PKPA certification (PERADI).
Excellent skills in legal drafting with practical solutions.
Adaptive, have good logical & analytical thinking.
Good communication skills with fluent English speaking and writing skills.
Good appearance and representation.
Have the ability to work in a team and individually.
