Requirements :
- S1 Degree or Above
- English is a Must
- 5 Years Experience or Above
- Have Experience in Mobile Phone or 3C Digital Industry
- Possess retail store expansion, store operation , marketing planning, promotion team management, retail training, market analysis and other capabilities
Job Description:
- Manage National Retail Team, Establish Retail System and Incentive Mechanism
- Responsible for Achieving the Overall Retail Sales Target and Increasing the Sales Volume of Various Retail Store
- Build an Overall Store Operation System, Establish Operating Standards, Procedures and Corresponding Management Mechanisms
- Responsible for Retail Store Operation Management to Achieve Visual Management and Refined Operation of the Store;
- Responsible for the Collection of Regional Market Retail Information and Analysis of Output Reports;
- Promote the Launch of New Products, Including POSM, Props, Display Specifications, Training Materials, Promotional Activities, Retail Combat Rhythm, Etc
