As the Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing Clickr’s resources effectively to ensure client work is delivered on time and within budget. You will also be instrumental in ensuring the team’s wellbeing with well managed processes and workloads.
Responsibilities
- Work with account and project managers to translate briefs into schedules and recommend the best persons for the job.
- Manage deadlines for projects, reschedule and help prioritise based on the agency's needs.
- Ensure everyone is up-to-date with their work schedules.
- Making sure the account and project managers are informed on possible delays and work together in resolving resourcing issues.
- Ensure time tracking is done for accountability and workload visibility.
- Maintain up to date records of deliverables against contracts and invoicing.
- Report on resource utilisation to advise project health, forecast hiring decisions and track profitability.
- Manage employees wellbeing, onboarding processes, welfare, etc.
- Manage contractors and freelancers where necessary to onboard, get up to speed with the accounts assigned, payments for deliverables, etc.
- Maintain constant communication with management, employees, and contractors to ensure proper operations of the organisation.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in account management, project management or resource management.
- Familiar with how a digital agency operates.
- Analytical and not shy with numbers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and organised.
- People-first.
