What we are looking for
An Operations Assistant to assist us in international and cross-functional management and communications. As an Operations Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Finland-based Operations, Finance, and Admin teams to practice business management and growth in Vietnam as well as support internal and external communications. The right candidate has strong organization and management skills, an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
What you will do
- Provide the reports and insights for business optimization
- Identify and follow up on issues or anomaly in reports
- Provide creative and innovative approaches to solve problems
- Assist and work with other departments to improve overall operations efficiency
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
- Adapt and react quickly to changing needs and business decisions
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What you need
The right candidate has/is:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration or Industrial Management is preferred
- High fluency in English. Other language skills are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to interpret complex data chunks, multi-task, and balance fast-changing priorities
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient problem-solving skills, decision-making skills and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Cool to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Willing to travel within and outside of Vietnam (likely to Rens’ Helsinki-based headquarters)
It’s good that you also have:
- An understanding of finance and accounting
- Expertise in business operation and management for fast-growing startups
- Experience in retail, fashion, and e-commerce industries
- Experience in transnational and multicultural business collaborations
