Key Responsibilities
- Provide managerial support in scheduling meetings and appointments for founders and business development executives
- Onboard new hires and ensure they are fully set up to perform their duties effectively
- Book flights, hotels, and make other travel arrangements for executives from time to time
- Always be in contact with the founder and coordinate operations related duties daily
- Check and submit employees’ claims for approval
- Coordinate with our HR partner for payroll management and related matters
- Coordinate with our accounting partner to manage filing and documentation of the company’s expenses, tax returns, and other bookkeeping services
- Coordinate with our corporate secretary for statutory filings
- Coordinate with our lead investor and observers for governance
Education and Experience
- 0-2 years of experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
