Job description for Operation Executive at Avana Indonesia
- In charge of various office duties: maintenance, supplies, purchasing, goods delivery, inventory, errands.
- Coordinate with all departments on office & employee work devices.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors & service providers.
- Managing office asset inventory and record-keeping.
- Responsible for office maintenances.
- Organizing transport and accommodation for company events.
- Handling work equipment purchasing requests from employees.
- Handle all the administration required
- All other duties as requested by the management
- Be the representative person for Bandung Office
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or General Affairs.
- Min. 1 year working at the same positions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Commitment to administrative and logistics work.
- Has a good communication skill
- Office and supply management experience are also desirable
