Job description
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of customers’ requirements from the portal
- Pick up in-depth understanding of the container trucking industry (prior experiences in this is a bonus)
- Managing customers and truckers expectations
- Basic reporting on the progress of jobs
- Hands-on experience in Operations Management and Front-end roles
- Manage Trucking requirements end to end
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in Logistics/Supply Chain related fields
- Fresh graduate/ no experience are welcome
- Excellent working attitude, problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Supply Chain Management
Experience in dealing with customers;
- Hands-on experience in Operations Management and Front-end roles
- Able to converse and write in professional English
- Able to converse in Mandarin or any relevant dialect(s) will be a bonus
- Able to work independently and in teams
