Job description for Office Administrative at Geniebook Pte Ltd
- Handle office supplies, place order when necessary
- Manage and maintenance office assets
- Prepare job-related documents that company and/or employee needed
- Keep update with the government rules that related to office daily operation
- Handle employee reimbursement documents
- Create regular report about office supplies, office asset, reimbursement and other report that related to company and/or employee administration
- Handle any Surabaya company event and coordinating with 3rd parties if needed
- Handle employee data documentation
- Helping new hire employee to set up account or/and any office tools needed on their first day
- Helping TA for candidate’s background check
- List down and contacting universities for gathering any information related to career event and/or job posting
- Coordinating with 3rd parties for any company and/or employee job-related administration
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor
- Able to work in Surabaya (preferred the candidate that already stay in Surabaya)
- Able to speak basic English for communication
- Able to understand basic usage of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Able to understand basic knowledge of office equipment and facilities (e.g. printer, air conditioning, electronics, etc.)
- Able to travel (around Surabaya) frequently (preferred the candidate that able to ride motorcycle or drive a car)
- Having administrative background or experience will be an advantage
- Having photography skill and basic photo and video editing skill will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong communication skill
- Able to work independently as well as a team
