Norbreeze Group MERCHANDISING DATA ANALYST 工作職責
Objective of role
As a Data Analysis primarily take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues.
This role involves keeping track of the processes, using the popular data analysis tools and databases and offering administrative support to the senior management team.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
- Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, work with quality assurance analysts to support merchandisers feeding information (buying plan, promotion, etc.)
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports for the management team and principle
- Process confidential data and information according to guidelines
- Maintain and update catalogue tool to support sale
- Training end-users on new reports and dashboards
- Work with functional teams to support their demands
Suggested Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (computer science, economics, statistics, applied math, etc.)
- Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field (Retail operation, Supply chain, Merchandise, Financial…)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using Business intelligence and Data visualization tools for analyzing datasets: Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
