Job Description :
- Develop lesson plans and instructional ideas according to school standards
- Assist in planning and implementing school programs and other activities
- Develop positive parent teacher relationship and promote parent teacher partnerships
- Create positive, structured, learning and safe environment for students
- Interact with parents to inform about their children’s academic progress
- Develop creative learning opportunities for student’s education, social and behavioral growth.
- Motivate students to participate in various educational activities
- Monitor student activities in school premise and ensure safety of every student in the classroom and school grounds
- Ensure the student has the best Carrot Academy experience possible
- Strive to develop professional skillset via training and self-learning tasks
Requirements
- At least 1 year(s) working experience in the related field
- Graduate from a reputable Institute/Academy/Universit
- Singapore Primary, Cambridge International A level or IBO Curriculum (PYP, MYP or DP) experience will be considered as an advantage
- Familiar with traditional and digital illustration
- Creative, Innovative, and positive attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic, independent, cheerful and able to work under pressure
- A keen eye for aesthetic and details
- Proven self-initiative and team work spirit with an open-minded character
- Proven ability to develop successful academic programs
- Love being around students (kids, teens and adult) and care about their progress & development
- Eager to grow and contribute to the professional learning culture. Skillful in classroom pedagogy and up-to-date with educational research will be a big plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers and others
- Basic Art background
- Fluent English with oral and written
- Have a good portfolio
- Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments
