Full Job Description
In line with our expansion, we are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about the crypto space to join our team as Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm new and creative ideas to support marketing campaigns and activities, and be open to experiment with new channels and concepts
- Measure and report performance of all campaigns and initiatives, and assess against project/ campaign goals (ROI and KPIs) and implement improvements where necessary
- Spearhead end-to-end marketing campaigns and activities from idea conceptualisation to execution to raise awareness for the causes under our core sustainability pillars
- Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
- Establish and maintain brand budgets
- Autonomy to coordinate and implement marketing activities to generate leads.
- Design content marketing strategies and track the performance of all your campaigns
- Execute Demand Generation & Lead Conversion strategies to help the business development teams with pipeline management
- Manage the company's marketing automation processes and tools
- Able to plan & facilitate marketing events and webinars
Minimum qualification:
- Possess a recognised degree in Marketing, Business Management or related course.
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing or business development, preferably in marketing department for Assistant Manager
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM marketing role, with the specific focus on conceptualisation and execution of marketing initiatives to drive retention rates.
- Experience in project management and loyalty programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions, and identify the most relevant metrics for a given discussion, e.g. retention rates, engagement initiatives’ CR, referral rate etc.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjusting to changes in priorities and balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- 1-2 years experience leading a team of at least 2 people in a marketing leadership function
