· Achieve optimization goals (Cost Per: Registration, New Purchase) across all marketing channels.
· Scale media spend while maintaining various Cost Per thresholds to achieve our growth goals.
· Test new channels and tactics
· CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) for Ads and various touchpoints throughout the customer journey. Including working with Product Managers and IT to implement UX/UI changes & experiments.
· Improve tracking implementation across all our marketing efforts.
· Build out analytics, provide business intelligence to enable better decision making.
· Implement and troubleshoot tracking across for all digital marketing channels. FB, IG, Google, Tiktok, WeChat etc.
· Configure and troubleshoot analytics platform (Google Analytics & Data Ranger)
Content/Inbound Marketing
· Grow and maintain the social media presence of the company
· Minimum Degree in any field or equivalent
· At least 5 years of relevant work experience
· Hands-On experience in managing SEO/SEM, Facebook & Google Ads, creating digital content across all social media platforms
· Experience in start-up (e-commerce) companies will be an advantage
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, effectively bilingual
· Data-driven with strong analytical skills
· Creative, perseverant and able to pivot efficiently
