We are looking for a passionate Marketing Associate to grow with one of our clients!
Qualifications:
Motivated, driven, and comfortable taking initiative to complete tasks assigned
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing environment
Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Familiar with photo editing and design software
Familiar with HTML, CSS, marketing automation, CMS (WordPress preferred), SEO and SEM
Experience with Mailchimp is preferred
Responsibilities:
Write a monthly blog and post it on social media to promote our brand
Track social media activity and complete a summary report and analysis of the data including
recommendations
Assist with our ecommerce platform integration with our ERP (NetSuite)
Review NPS and feedback received to garner understanding the voice of the customer
Coordinate monthly raffle for customers who provide NPS data
Assist in writing content for various marketing materials including newsletters, brochures,
presentations, blog articles, press releases, email campaigns, etc.
Assist with writing of website content and tracking of website behavior
Coordinate customer events
Help create monthly video content to help support Company's branding.
Work with Company's suppliers and vendors to get marketing content.
