Job description for Marketing & Business Development Executive at Advanx Pte. Ltd.
- Creating awareness of brand and building brand loyalty through marketing efforts including social media and offline campaigns
- Actively building and maintaining strong customer relationships on online and offline channels
- Ensuring project milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved budgets
- Identifying potential clients and building contacts to generate new business opportunities
- Conducting visits to customer retail outlets, and community / product users to maintain relationships and to keep abreast of changes in market situation
- Acquiring and constantly improving in-depth knowledge on all product offerings of the company, so as to be able to market it successfully and provide replies of value to customers
- Handling our e-commerce platforms i.e. Lazada and Shopee including but not limited to optimization of product listings, market analysis, customer service and service recovery, liaising with courier and e-commerce platform partners
- Providing friendly, professional and stellar customer service including engaging with customers with timely replies towards customers on online and offline brand channels including E-commerce platforms i.e. Shopee/Lazada, as well as Instagram and Facebook
- Coordinate and plan with various back-end departments including production, logistics and product development
- Track sales performance, return on investment on marketing expenditure and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
- Provide monthly sales reports, product sales performance review, competitor and market analysis
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategy based on above analysis
- Reviewing online and offline sales and marketing strategies regularly to review sales targets, and implement action plans to get there
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Is able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Has a "Can-do" attitude, especially in the face of problems and new tasks
- Is resourceful and able to think out of the box
