Requirement
• Have experience as a translator/personal assistant at least 1 years.
• Able to speak excellent English is a plus
• Excellent in operating Ms Office
• Willing to be placed in Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent
Responsibilities
• Interpreting user communications with local parties, either verbally or in writing, from Indonesian to mandarin, from Mandarin to Indonesian, from English to Mandarin, from Mandarin to English
• Translating corporate documents from Indonesian to mandarin, from Mandarin to Indonesian, from English to Mandarin, from Mandarin to English
• Helping user make meeting invitations, passing on other important information via email, mail, etc. according to BOD instructions
• Helping user daily needs so that there are no obstacles due to language communication difficulties
• Keep the best secret company, delivered at the meeting BOD
