As a Finance, Pricing and Analysis Manager, you will
Manage Pricing matters
• Pricing for new business
• Conducting revised pricing for existing business
• Extensive liaison with the Sales/Account Management function
• Preparation and assisting the Sales function, to provide financial information for tender process
• Recommend new pricing policies and pricing standards
Review Customer Profitability
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly client profit & loss statements for various clients.
• Preparation and review commissions due to clients.
• Preparation of client profitability report as required by Corporate and Regional office.
Perform Financial Analysis
• Support of month end close process for Singapore and reporting to Regional office
• Assist in analysis of monthly financial statements to ensure accurate internal and external reporting and forecasting, budgeting and facilitate management decision-making
• Ensure that KPIs of the Singapore is measured, analyzed and propose solutions when required
• Support annual budget and planning process and monthly forecasting for Singapore. This includes co-ordination between the different departments ie Sales, Account Management, Operation etc to ensure smooth running of the budget/forecasting process, strict adherence to all deadlines and requirements.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.
About you
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of analyst experience.
• Strong business acumen, Highly analytical with advanced excel skills.
• Proactive, a self-starter with the drive and energy to make a difference.
• Must be confident in dealing with all levels of personnel.
• You must be detailed and meticulous.
• Ability to work according to tight deadlines.
• An individual contributor, yet a team player within the Finance function.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
