Working Experiences :
- sebagai Manager: 3 tahun (Diwajibkan)
- di Bidang Jasa (Service): 3 tahun (Diutamakan)
- di Bidang Sales: 3 tahun (Diutamakan)
Responsibilities :
- Recommend photography services and packages to Customers, based on their needs.
- Follow up with customers on their photo session, and remind them of their session.
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction is achieved and great hospitality.
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments.
- Maintain excellent After-Sales relationships with Customers.
- Provide advice on Photo Session Downtime, Pre-and Post-Care Guide.
- Monitor and evaluate ways to meet Monthly Sales Targets.
- Work together with Management and Photographers to achieve the Company goals/objectives.
- Work with higher management to come out with company strategies.
- Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation to Our Team to bring the best of their skills.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree (D3) in any field.
- Candidate must live in Medan.
- At least 3 Year(s) of Working Experience as Manager in an Aesthetic Clinic/Service Industry (in Medan) is required for this position.
- Good understanding in Sales, Market Analysis, and Concept.
- Good Communication, Negotiation, Managerial, and Leadership Skills.
- Good Networking, Service and Sales-Oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
