Job description for Loyalty Program Officer at MIFX Indonesia
- Handling operational in rewards programs from update system journey, buying items, shipping and confirmation to clients.
- Updating items in rewards program
- Innovate and create monthly enhancements and initiatives
- Proposing & dealing new items for rewards program
- Making monthly report (operations and analysis)
- Analyze data to identify key opportunities to improve the performance
- Assist with overall strategy and initiatives to boost the loyalty program
- Understanding key client needs and addressing these
- Familiar with excel program
- Excellent organizing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to frame actionable insights from data
- Basic Knowledge in Marketing, Product and Sales Management.
- Fresh Grads are welcome preferably 1 year experience in Customer Loyalty program/ Administration/ Customer Service Fields
- Self motivated, proactive person who’s able to work under pressure and ambiguity
- Willingness to learn about finance, more specifically forex.
