We’re looking for a Local Career Development and Community Associate to join our Community Team, to build community within Glints external employees.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be entrusted with an ongoing quest to help build up strong communities
- Plan and execute events both work and non-work related
- You’ll impact the lives of more than 1 million users in Southeast Asia by helping them succeed in their career development journey.
- Since you will be working in a diverse team with peers in different locations and with various nationalities, you will need an advanced level of written and verbal English skills.

Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in executing events
- Will be a plus if have experience in managing digital or tech events
- Comfortable to speak in a group or build a conversation with new Hubbers
- Able to speak up about any idea or feedback
- Able to manage and track data and create decisions based on the data
- Have experience in building community in the prior workplace
- Able to catch up with the fast pace in start-up and flexible with changes
