Job Description:
- Responsible for assuring all internal and external activities comply with prevailing government regulations, laws, and company codes and standards
- Update the company’s policies and guidelines
- Provide legal advice, drafting, reviewing legal documents
- Management of permits related to buildings (SLF, K3, ect)
- Checking and filing documents, including monitoring the expiration date of documents or legal permits
- Review legal contracts, agreements and other legal documents
- Responsible for Legal administration and filing legal documents
- Prepare and follow up related Expat and Company legal documents
- Support for Legal HR, prepare and follow up related warning paper to the employee
- Participate in implementation QEHS Management System
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law with GPA minimal 2.75
- Maximal 35 years old
- Have working experience in compliance and legal
- Excellent skills in legal drafting, negotiation, communication, and administration;
- Good in English and Bahasa (verbal & writing);
- Wide knowledge and experience in submitting and renewing Company Business license, and other technical license/ permit
- Highly motivated person, excellent interpersonal skills, accurate, teamwork and hard-working
