Job description for Legal Staff at Klinik Pintar
- Draft, solidify and review legal documents, which include but not limited to all kinds of contracts, agreements, letters related to: Funding activities, from internal side & external side, Partnership agreement (PKS), Agreement with vendors, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal service, such as corporate law, legal opinion, legal drafting and writing.
- Provide legal audit for the purpose of Legal Drafting and all the needs of its legal documents that require.
- Prepare and handle/maintain documents for company permits, liaise of government institutions, notary, lawyer, etc.
- Working alongside other divisions within the company.
- Research, evaluate and review the different risk factors in various business deals, legislative issues or statues
- Providing day-to-day legal support, including but not limited to legal administrative duties.
- Bachelor Degree in Major of Law with minimum GPA 3.00.
- At least 2 Years experience in Corporate Legal and Compliance area, joint venture, and investment, preferably with prior working experience in a law firm.
- Having knowledge of Medical Services will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Corporate Law & Regulations, Legal Analysis and Research, Business Permit, Fund and Investment, etc.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to details.
- Excellent project management skills and a good sense of responsibility
- Ability to properly deliver under pressure and on a tight deadline
- Open mind and eagerness to learn new things
- Having Licenses (PERADI) or at least passed from PKPA will be an advantage.
