Responsibility :
- Review and provide draft business agreement between the company and client(s), platform(s) or vendor(s), also ensure the agreement fulfill the company standard and do no harm to the company
- Provide general legal advice
- Research, update and review relevant regulations to ensure good business practice
- Administration matters such as filling and record control of legal documents (agreements and corporate license)
- Translate agreement and/or other documents
- Drafting bilingual agreement
- Monitoring, managing, and registration for corporate and/or distribution permits for the company
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University
- Good communication skill in English both oral and written, mandarin speaker would be a plus
- Have 2-3 years experiences with permits such Alat Kesehatan/PKRT, Import, SNI/K3L
- Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, etc)
- Having Peradi License (have taken professional advocate courses)
